Booking Policy

At Nirvana Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

As a courtesy we send out an SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time.

If you need to cancel with less notice, you have two options: send a friend or family member in your place, or pay 50% of the total amount. For rescheduling within 5 hours of your appointment, a $20 late service fee may apply, unless you can find someone to take your slot.

Please note, no-shows will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.
