It’s no secret that in today’s society exam stress is on the rise. School counsellors are dealing with more and more complex problems, and there is an alarming increase in many anxiety disorders.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. There are several easy to learn techniques that can help students release fears and learn tools to feel more confident.

In this empowering session, any student experiencing stress and fear around exam pressure will learn how to let go of fear, and replace it with self confidence, self-belief and courage.

Each session includes:

  • Guided Visualisation to release fears

  • Letting go of limiting beliefs and emotional blocks around study and exams

  • Learning simple techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, develop whole-brain function and improve focus

  • Learn a simple technique to recall information

Stress is a very misunderstood phenomenon, and a lot of factors come into play. Core beliefs, emotions, and deep patterning, are just some of the things I work with students on. Often it can be easy to identify the thinking around the stress. What is not so easy is learning how to bring in new and lasting beliefs, as well as learning how to clear the mind, so exams are taken from a place of calm instead of anxiety.
